how to disable photo printing wizard

Every time I put a CD with images on the CD driver,
windows start the photo printing wizard.
Is there a way to disable it?
 
I'm in the same boat. I've had this system for over 2 years and this damn
wizard just started popping up about 2 weeks ago. It's driving me crazy.

Would sure like to know how to get rid of it.
