How to disable Junk mail filter

Hi,

I am useing Outlook 2003. The Funk mail filter feature is
on by default. Is there any way that I can disable this
feature?

Actions>Junk E-mail>Junk E-mail Options. Click "No Automatic Filtering"

Or Tools>Options>Junk E-mail
