How to disable FAX # as an Outlook email address?

Do you know how to turn off FAX number showing up when
Outlook searches for an email address?
 
I found an answer to this issue from an earlier post.
Basically says that the feature can't be turned off but
has a work around.
There was a link that will take you to a place that
quickly explains the problem and explains the work around.
Thought I'd share that here.
