How to disable cache in IE?

I want to know how to disable cache in IE? I couldn't find it in Tools |
Internet Options. My ASP pages always cannot update

If you write in ASP and want the same non-cache effect, here's the header
information.
<% Response.CacheControl = "no-cache" %>>
<% Response.AddHeader "Pragma", "no-cache" %>

thanks!! so there is no such feature in IE to disable the cache
functionality?
