How To Direct Connect Win Me & Win XP Pro Machines????

Trying to direct connect a Win Me machine to an XP Pro machine so as to backup files from the Me Fat32 drives to the Win XP Pro NTFS drives prior to upgrading the Win Me machine to XP.

How do I do this and any links for info??

I tried MS site & Google but couldn't find anything helpful

Also, the FS is irrelevent.
