How to determine template for new message with Word as e-mail editor?

Hi all!

I'm using Outlook 2003 with Microsoft Word 2003 as an e-mail editor.

In Word 2003, I use Normal.dot as a template for new documents.
In Outlook 2003, what can I do to achieve the same behaviour? I have
tried to save it as Email.dot, but no luck!

Any idea? My toolbars are all messed up and I can't arrange them like
I want by default.

Thanks a lot.

Hi Plucky, you could type out a dummy Email and save it
as a draft Email, making multiple copies if required. I
do this for regular Emails where the person in the body
text changes but the text remains the same.
Regards, Nick.

I sincerely don't believe that Microsoft did not think of a way of defaulting new messages in Outlook, like you do with new documents in Word, with Normal.dot

Where are the MVPs that can help me?

Thanks in advance.
