How to Detect new hardware

When i first plugged in my camera I got the 'detect new
hardware' popup box. I clicked on 'take no action', but
now I want to change that. How can I reset that? As of
now, when i plug in my camera nothing happens. I want to
change the action.

Go to control panel, system, hardware, device manager. Find the device,
delete it. Reboot.
