how to deny firewall?

Can any one can tell me how to access internet by bypassing the proxy server
or firewall. or tell me some ftp or telnet or gopher sites to access
information over net.

1) Your question is so broad that I doubt that anyone could answer it. They
would have to know what your network administrator has set up.
