How to delete Search For in Blank window

After Download the Windows Update, i not able to have a BLANK page clear. In blank page it appear Search For menu site, and it's still my Blank page..
Windows Update suck's !

Windows Update didn't do this.
You have a Hijacker.

Run Hijack This: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=3155

I would also run AdAware and Spybot S&D as there may be and probably is
something on your computer that does the Hijacking and Hijack This doesn't
always catch it.
