How to delete outgoing e-mail once starting to send

I have sent an e-mail that is 43mb and cannot get it to stop or delete. It
has been running for two days.
 
I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to whatever e-mail client
you're using (Outlook? Outlook Express?)

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.
