How to delete old unused computernames in Active Directory

I use a naming convention for host names on workstation as follows:

Userinitials,month,year

My PC's hostname are HJ0202 for february 2002, and the PC I had before was
named HJ0700 for july 2000.

But in a large domain with many computers I now have several unused
computers hostnames in my active directory. Is there a method to delete all
this unused computers in a smart and quick way? Maybe a 3. party plugin,
because the manual way will take a lot of time.
