how to delete file

Hi,
My vista piece of crap will not allow me to delete a file. It says access
denied. I right click on command prompt to run as admin and it still says
access denied. Is there a way to run as admin at all times no matter what
as I am the only user and UAC is just a piece of sh*t. There is no reason
for me to ever be denied access to anything. It is a crime to release such
a piece of junk os. Hopefully people will realize real soon that microjunk
is sh*t and download openoffice instead of MS JunkOffice and save $350.
Anybody that releases a product that denies the user access is a total as*
hole.
Can somebody please tell me how to delete this file?
Thanks,
Floyd

Thanks to both of you that responded. I had to reboot in safe mode to get
the takeown and cacls commands to work and even then I couldn'r remove the
directory as it said it wasn't empty, but another reboot solved that.

I downloaded the free unlocker program just in case Bill Gates tried to
attack me again. It is unfortunate that his mother did not have an
abortion.
