how to delete dual boot

I made a change from window 98 to xp and some how I have
the option of choosing either one of the OS during start-
up. I would like to delete windows 98 and just to start in
XP. How?

Right Click My Computer --> Properties --> Click the Advanced Tab, under
"Starup and Recovery" click the settings button. Under the System Startup
click Edit, this will open your Boot.ini File.

Delete the reference to windows 98

***** Boot.ini Example ****

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP
Professional" /fastdetect
C:\="Windows 98SE"

**** Boot.ini Example ****

Save file and exit
