how to delete corrupted programs in control panel?

Sometimes, there is an error while installing, and when I try to remove it
through control panel, add or remove program section, it gives me an error of
saying, "unable to locate installation file c:\\uninst.isu, uninstallation
will not continue" and sometimes its other similar errors, that won't let me
remove it.

I know there must be a way to do it? any help would be greatly appreciated,
send help to my email (e-mail address removed) .thanks alot.

Hi

If you get that error message, try re-installing/un-installing the
appropriate program.

As Will said. Reinstalling the program will re-create the uninstall log files and then you uninstall the program clean from Add/Remove Programs. Additionally, to tackle bad installations, you can create a Restore point before installing the program, or track the registry and file changes using a third-party program. http://www.winxptutor.com/tracker.htm.
