How to delete an attachment from the body of an email text message

I have just gotten Outlook 2007. How do you remove/delete an attachment from
the body of a text message. When it shows up below the CC: line when you
right click on it "remove" is available. When it is in the body of the email
message there is no available remove or delete option. With such tight
controls on mailbox size this is critical for me. I could do it in 2003 but
I can't seem to find out how to do it in 2007.

Open the message so it is in a new window. From the ribbon, select Other
Actions > Edit Message. At this point you should be able to remove
attachments from Rich Text formatted messages by just selecting it and
pressing the delete key.
