How to delete a Workgroup in XP?

I created a small workgroup of two PCs at home, both running XP. They
connect to a Netgear DG834G ADSL router for file sharing and Internet
access. Now, having decided to work from home, when I connect my laptop to
the router and access the Company network via a VPN, the Company network
'sees' my home PCs, which I do not want!

I cannot see anyway of deleting my Workgroup - any ideas welcome!

the "company" may be able to see your computer, but
provided you don't have share permissions for any domain
users on any of your folders, then they shouldn't be able
to see any of your personal folders/files. Make sure your
folders don't have the "everyone" permission applied
