How to define page orientation (Landscape or Portrait) as default

How to set up user defined margin and orientation as default (I mean the
set-up can automatically apply to your Word documents until you change them
again). Does any one know? Thanks for your help.
 
On the Page Setup dialog there is a button labelled 'Default...' Three
guesses what it's for ...
