I downloaded a free trial of Corel Paint. I was offered an instructional
video also. I believe I downloaded this video into Word 2003. When I tried
to open it I found it was encrypted.. I have asked several people how to
decrypt it & have gotten several answers. Does anyone know a definative and
fairly "simple" answer to my question?

Word is a wordprocessor. It will not open video files!

You will need to provide more information so someone can figure out what is
wrong. What type of file is the instructional video file (.wmv, or something
else?) Did you open Word and then click File > Open > and navigate to this
instructinal video file?
