Can we use csp program to decrypt ms word encrypted file ?

Ms have provide us the csp source code in its security section , and by
construct
a project in .net ,I found that the program could successfully encrypt and
decrypt
txt file with a certain csp ,for example ,base provider 1.0.
But what I am wondering is can we use this project ,or its modified verison
to decrypt ms word encrypted file ?of course , i mean with the same csp.
Considering that word is docfile , should I analyse it with ole2.0 before it
was
decrypted ? Besides, which stream should I transfered into my program?
tablestream ? datastream or mainstream?

I very much doubt you will get an answer here but to have a fighting chance
you'll need to express yourself more clearly.

I believe the part of a document that is encrypted is in the main stream but
you need a password, not some special code.
