How to customize standard toolbar?

I have Outlook 2007, and I upgraded from 2003. In the standard toolbar
I had customized a button for "Block Sender". I want to remove this
button but I can't figure out how to do it in 2007. If I right click
on the bar and choose "Customize", my only options for Toolbars is
"New" or "Reset". What does reset do? If I go to 'Add / Remove
Buttons' the Block Sender button I created is grayed out, so I cannot
remove it.

Anyone know how to fix this or what 'reset' will do?

You should be able to hold down the Ctrl key and drag the button off the toolbar. No need to go into Customize at all.

Thanks Sue, it was actually the Alt key that did it.

Is there a way I can put a shortcut to a folder in the standard
toolbar? I want to be able to move spam to a specific folder easily.
