How to customize default Handouts slides per page in PowerPoint 20

G

Guest

I frequently want to print handouts and almost always want 2 slides per page.
The default slides per page has been set to 6 which I then change to 2. How
can I change the default from 6 to 2?

Hi Steve,

Try this, if you are using PowerPoint 2003 or 2002...

Click on Tools => Options => Print and select the 'Use the following print
settings' button. The select Handouts (6 slides per page) and any other
options you want.

Hope this helps,
