How do I print only the even pages of handouts?

How can I print only the even pages when I select handouts with 6 slides per
page,
And afterwards the odd pages? I want to print on both sides of a page.
Every time I try this the slides are getting in disorder!

Some printers can do this in the print settings.

Assuming yours cannot try entering in the print range box (Slides)
7-12,19-24 etc to print even slides and 1-6,13-18 etc for odd. The handout
numbering will be wrong so I would delete it on the handout master.

I don't believe that you can do this natively in PowerPoint. I would send
them to a PDF printer, then print the PDF file odd/even pages.
