HOW TO CREATE THE RULE FOR CHANGE THE SIGNATURE WHILE COMPOSING

You can link a signature to an account via;
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format-> button Signatures...

When you switch accounts, it will switch your signature as well (provided
your default accounts has a default signature).
