How to create restore disk?

How do I create an automatic restore disk for XP? I see you can do a full
backup and get a restore (floppy) that way, but is there any way to create
ONLY the restore disk.

I tried searching knowledge base and also reading my Windows XP plain and
Simple book - no luck on either of these.
