How to create PowerPoint Show

Hi there,
I would like to create a PowerPoint Show using PP 2007 so that a user
that only has a PP 2003 can view it. Thanks.

Office Button > Save As> PowerPoint 97-2003 Presentation.

Not everything will work 100% correctly, but for the most part, you should
be fine.

But that way, you change the presentation from PP 2007 to PP 2003. My
intention is to create file PowerPoint Show to "include all necessary
objects."

If you save as 2003, PPT will try its best to make the presentation
LOOK the same as it does in 2007, but you can't expect older versions
of PowerPoint to grow the new features introduced in later versions.

The corollary of that is to incorporate only those features common to PP2003
and PP2007.

Although I create many PP presentations in PP2007 and save them in PP2003 -
I haven't yet found any 2007 feature "lost" in 2003.
