How to create e-mail alias's in Outlook like I can in Lotus Notes?

We are considering switching e-mail from Lotus Notes to Outlook when we
install a new server with Windows Server 2003
One concern is how to easily create e-mail alias's like we can in Notes.
eg for (e-mail address removed) also be able to use each of the following:-
(e-mail address removed), (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed)
In Notes Administrator you simply add "joe", "j.bloggs" and "admin" to the
user name field list in the person record.
Is there some way (just as easy!) to do this in Outlook?
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Steve

That depends on the mail server and account type you are going to use.
