The "create bookmark" check box is grayed out from the "Save as PDF"
options.
Any workaround to activate it?

Thanks.

You have to have bookmarks and/or headings saved in the document to make the
option available.

Cheers mate. Work like a charm.

Actually, if you only want bookmarks for the final PDF output, you
don't have to add bookmarks one by one manually in Word on behalf of
all the headings in the document. Just add a dummy bookmark anywhere
and delete it right away. Kinda kick start its "bookmarking instinct".
After that, whenever you start out to save it as a PDF file, the
options window allows you to create bookmarks from headings. The add-
in takes care of the hassle of generating and linking the bookmarks
duly for the resultant PDF document, even though no bookmark has been
added explicitly to the parent Word document.

Isn't that cool or what?
