I am using Word 2007 and am trying to locate the Adobe PDF toolbar to change
conversion settings. This toolbar used to show in 2003, but does not show in
2007. When I do a "Save As PDF" and click the "Options" button, the "Create
Bookmarks Using:" option is grayed out and I think this is the option I need
to use. Any suggestions?

You need Acrobat 8 (fully updated) or later for the add-in to be compatible
with Word 2007.
Using the Microsoft PDF add-in for Word 2007 the options to create bookmarks
is only available if the document contains headings and/or bookmarks.
