How to create aliases in outlook?

I do not want to type the lastname, firstname all the time!

All other mail tools provide powerful aliasing capabilities (unix mail e.g).

Define multiple e-mail accounts that all use the same mail servers but in which the Name (and even E-mail) field have different values. Then use the Accounts button (in OL2002+) to select through which account you want to send.
