how to create a xp boot cd ?

Hello,

i want to create xp boot cd to run tap.exe ?

I read about the hd2ifo tool, to create a el torito cd .

The tool asks me for my source boot partition, bit it is to large (20
gig) to fit on one cd.

Is the only way to manage it to create a new boot partition which is
smaller or do i have to reduce my actual boot partition ?

Why can't you use WinPE to run TAP?
WinPE is on first CD of XPe/SP1 Kit.
