How to create a Table of Contents from slides I made

I've created a presentation but want to automatically (or best prepare) a
table of contents from the slides already created. How / best method to
approach this.

Type in Table of Contents in your PowerPoint Help menu (in tool bar at top of
screen). You'll find options here.

Please let me know if you find what you need there.

You can make use of Summary Slide to do so.
Click View > Slide Sorter.
Highlight all the slides, then click on the Summary Slide button.
See if this is what you want.
