How to create a subweb

I was creating subwebs last time but because I don't
apply it to my everyday life, I forgot it. Soemody please
inform me how I could create a subweb.

Do one of the following:

Convert an existing folder into a subsite

In the Folder List, right-click the folder that you want to
create a subsite in, point to New, and then click Subsite.
Click the Web site template that you want.
Under Options, select the Add to current Web site check box.
Create a new subsite by using a template

On the File menu, click New.
In the New task pane, under New Web site, click the type of
Web site that you want to create.
Click the Web site template that you want.
Under Options, select the Add to current Web site check box.
Notes

You can either publish your site to a local directory or
folder on your hard disk or network, or publish it to the
Internet where your account is located.
If you create a SharePoint site, you must publish it to a
server running Microsoft SharePoint Services.
