How to create a rule TO field

Hi All,

I'm new to outlook 2003 however been using OE for years. One thing I'm
trying to do is create a rule with a particular contact in the TO: field.
In outlook express this is an easy task (Tools, message rules, Mail, Where
the To Field contains people) however in outlook this isn't as straight
forward. How would I do this in Outlook 2003?

Tools-> Rules and Alerts-> New Rule-> use 3rd template from the top or start
with a Blank Rule
