How to create a contact form?

Hi,
I'm new in FP and i still need some advices. I tried a search on this forum
concerning my topic but I was quite desapointed so I'm calling for some help.
I would like to know how to make these contact form, where the potential
client give his datas, comments and can send it on my email.
My porpuse is to have client's message and data without expose my email to
spamers or automatic subscribers.

Requires a server-side script using asp, asp.net, php Perl/cgi or
whatever script language your host supports. Ask your host what
server-side scripting they support, then you will need to write a form
handler in that language.
