How to copy pdf forms including answer lines to Word

I would like to copy an online pdf form to a Word document in order to edit
the same. Anyone know how to do this?

If you own Adobe Acrobat (not the reader) there is some success in
converting to Word documents. Also simple text revisions can be made without
converting to Word. There are also third-party programs.
 
That makes sense; now that you mention it, I am reminded of having this issue
years ago and finding I had to have Adobe (not just the "reader") to edit the
..pdf docs...it's been awhile:) BTW, what are the 3rd party programs?
