How to copy Outlook Email to Memory Stick

I need to replace my hard drive and want to copy my email to an external
memory source. I've tried "export" and I keep getting an error message.???

What exactly are you trying to copy or save. You need to save your pst files for
Outlook

If you really mean "Outlook" you are in the wrong newsgroup.
The newsgroup to which you posted is for the Windows Mail program.
You are more likely to find Outlook experts in the Outlook newsgroup:

microsoft.public.outlook.general (via NNTP), or via the web:

If you meant Windows Mail, it can't export directly to external media.
Export to an empty folder under Documents. Then copy from there to
the external device.
