How to copy 2007 excel file formula results into a 2003 Excel file

Hi All,

This is the situation I am trying to solve.
I have an Excel 2007 file with loads of formulas, macros, conditional
formatting, etc... the client has got Office 2003 and therefore they
cannot view the file properly.

I saved them into 2003 compatible, and it does not work as it does not
traslate the formulas, but write #NAME? instead (not very helpful).

I worked around change the formulas into 2003 language but I can't as
they are already too long in 2007 so when I change them into 2003 I
need more code and it does not allow me.

I tried converters anddidn't work.

The funny thing of the situation is the client does not need to use
the file, but just read it, meaning, I just need a way to create a
copy of the same 2007 excel file with just the values, not the
calculations, macros, buttons, or formatting.

Any idea?

Thanks,
Nuria

Well, the thing is I had used 2007 features, so by saving it in 2003
compatible mode does not work.
The client, I don't think they will be allowed to install any software
in their machine, so I cannot count with that option.

I was thinking in a way to create a new file, copy the content of the
existing file in the new one but just without the formulas, macros and
so on,only the values.

Thanks,
Nuria
