How to configure Windows Mail to and Outlook 2003 .pst file?

How do I go about configuring my Windows Mail to use my old outlook 2003 pst
file?

Or what other alternatives to go about getting my mails from that file?

Using Outlook export your .pst file in some other format like a csv file.
Then import it into WM.
