how to configure Outlook to sync with my Palm m125

i have an older palm (m125) that i want to sync with Outlook 2003. i have
installed the palm software and have pocketmirror installed as well. however
i can not get my contacts to sync with my palm. i have selected OUtlook as
my sync program. how do i set it up so that my outlook contact, calendar and
tasks synce with my palm?

Have you done what the instructions for Pocket Mirror told you to do?
