How to configure ICS with Direcway Satellite connection for https

Have W2k with ICS configured, all latest SP's. Works fine to get to the
internet. Clients work fine to get to internet, with the exception of https
site access by clients.
Host has no problem. Using Direcway (Hughes) Satellite connection with
fixed IP.
Host lan is automatically configured to 192.168.0.1 for connection to
clients through D-link wireless and wired hub. Wan on hub is not used.
Direcway uses a strange USB Lan adapter in software to set ICS. Need
help/suggestions as to how to get https access from client side. Host uses
proxy 127.0.0.1, port 83, and clients use proxy of course, of 192.168.0.1,
and port 85.

Hi

Make sure that the port for Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) is
not blocked.
