how to configure fast user switching/welcome screen

is there some way to control which user accounts show up on the
'use welcome screen'
for my situation, i would like to have some accounts show and not others,
and either the administrator or a created administrator user account show
up, so i don't have
to go back to a 'classic' login for those admin accts?
been googling but nothing for doing this shows up

thanks for the reply, i used the registry edit method, it works
just as an aside, and its not really important because it is what it is, and
its just my curiosity,
your not allowed to implement fast user switching if offline files is
enabled, ok, but,
what does enabling the use of offline files have to do with fast user
switching?
like i said no biggy, just curious
