HOW TO COMPLETELY INSTALL OUTLOOK SEND RECEIVE.

I get a message only 3 of 6 tasks installed when clicking send and receive
all and the request for password keeps popping up when doing this.

so which provider do you use?
have you filled all fields in the account setting?
