How to combine internet porvider e-mail to outlook e-mail?

I have sbc yahoo as my service provider. Having problems combining both
outlook and sbc to receive and send e-mail. HELP!

Do you have the POP3 (incoming mail) & SMTP (outgoing mail) servers to use
for your SBC account?

When you signed up for SBC Yahoo, you received documents that describe
exactly how to configure your mail client. Moreover, SBC Yahoo Help pages
describe the process.
