How to clone this Windows 2000 server

I have a windows 2000 server with IIS 5.0. I wanted to clone this setup on
another box that does not have the same identical hardware. What would be
the easiest way to do this?

I have Ghost but I understand it cannot be iamged to a machine with
different hardware specs.

You can do a Ghost image, but you'll likely get a bucn hof 'Found New
Hardware' messages when you boot up the first time. How differently
is the hardware configured?
