How to clear Users

When my Computer "Guy" sold and Installed Win XP recently, he created a User
"Group" for myself.
So I now have these folders:
My Documents
Shared Documents
<My Name>'s Documents

Even when I connect to the Internet I'm asked whether I want to connect as
"Save this User Name and Password for the following Users:
. Me Only
. Anyone who uses this computer"

As I'm the only one using my computer how can I get rid of Shared Documents
and <My Name> Documents and have everything treated as an overall user
without losing files held in My Documents?

Meezulz, ever here of Help and Support? Well you got it on WinXP and it
works rather well.
