how to clear the search folder without deleting the original mail.

I find several emails (though its only a view) in my Search Folders, how can
I clear the folder content without deleting the original messages. I read in
the help documentation that if we delete these messages it would also delete
the actual mails.

Edit the conditions of your Search Folder or modify the e-mail properties so
it doesn't doesn't apply to the Search Folder conditions anymore
