How to clear the NAV2005 quaratine

I have 1 hdd (A) dual boot (pri master) and when I on the pc, it shows as
D(w2k) and F(xp) and E (storage). Normally when I do a scan, there is no
problem such as do not have message like "low on virtual memory". (managed by
ms/pc),

I just attached a second hdd (sec slave) and the pc read this 2nd hdd as C:
dirive.
(pc does not have other drives such as cd rom etc)

Then, I do a NAV 2005 scan and there was a massive virus infestation and
half way through the pc give a message that "low on virtual memory". I stop
the scan and these files cannot be repaired by NAV and was quarantine. I then
shut down the pc and took out the 2nd hdd.

I then boot up my own pc and do a scan.(that is hdd A). Now, it also give
me "low on virtual memory" message. So I stop and scan and try to clear the
quarantine section.
In the quarantine section, I hightlight the file c:\ etc and click the
'delete' tag on top of the NAV box. Howeveer, the cursor seems to be in the
hour glass shap for ages. it does nopt seems to delete it.

If my understand is correct, there is no such file (C:\) inside my system as
the path leads to noway (no C dirve). Should I worry about it, and out of
interest, how do I get rid of the items in c:\ drive which is inside the
quarantine section?
