How to clear names in file, open list?

When you go to File, Open and open another person's folder, how do you clear
that name from displaying in the list again?
 
Here is the article from MS' KB:

The registry value was different for me...instead of 101e0390, it was
101f0390. Perhaps because I am on OL 2003. This wipes out the entire MRU
list,
I do not think you can selectively remove certain names.
