How to choose Taskbar Monitor?

I'm using a Multimonitor setup, 2 monitors, SiS
650_651_M650_740 chipset, Extended Desktop. (not mirrored)
I've changed the Primary monitor to Monitor 2 in Display
Properties but the XP Taskbar remains on monitor 1. How
can I get the XP Taskbar onto the other monitor?

- Unlock the taskbar if it's currently locked (right-click on the clock and
uncheck "Lock the taskbar")
- Drag and drop the taskbar to the other monitor.
