How to choose from several reply (from) addresses

How can choose a different reply (or from) address when a user is using an
Exchange acoount, without changing the primary address on the server? The
Exchange server is a SBS 2000. With the pop3 connector we pick up several
pop3 mailboxes and deliver them to the same user.

In Outlook Express when you have several pop3 account you can choose one in
the from field.
